Formed in 1996 and based in Malaysia, Focus Learning is made up of a group of consultants offering management training and consulting services. The Focus Learning group is comprised of two companies, namely Focus Learning Consulting Sdn. Bhd. and Focus Learning Corporation Sdn. Bhd. and both are strategically located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Focus Learning Service Excellence Conference
Focus Learning organizes the Malaysia Service Excellence Conference & Focus Learning Service Challenge Awards. The conference will see a distinguished list of invited speakers speak on topics relating to service excellence with special emphasis on real world experiences within the speakers’ own organization. Speakers also share current world wide trends in the field of service excellence for the benefit of all.
Focus Learning Service Challenge Award
Immediately following the conference, the service challenge will see teams of front line personnel from various organizations role play their best customer service practices in a friendly competition. The teams ‘perform’ in front of a panel of customer service experts and the best team will be honored with the Focus Learning Service Challenge Award.
