The Council
MIHRM is a non-profit, nongovernmental voluntary organization, registered under the Societies Act. The institute is managed by Council Members elected biannually amongst
the members at a General Meeting.
Activities
MIHRM provides following professional services:
HR Certification
The HR Certification is awarded in two categories will ensure that the country’s
human resource practices and standards will be raised to a higher level of
excellence and degree of professionalism and credibility. For both leaders of
the HR domain and aspiring HR Practitioners, the HR Certification will be
testimony that they are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills.
The categories are:
- Certified HR Professional – “CHRP”
- Certified Advanced HR Professional – “CAHRP”
Professional Certificated Training Programs
- Professional Certificate in Human Resource Management
- Professional Diploma in Human Resource Management
- Advanced Certificate in Training & Development
- Advanced Certificate in Industrial Relations
- Advanced Certificate in Reward & Benefits
- Advanced Certificate in Strategic HR Management
- Certificate in Security Management
In-house / Corporate Training Programs
MIHRM provides in-house/company training to organizations in the areas of;
mostly the human resource management, organizational behavior, employee
relations, training and development and other general management. The training
program could be from the listed topic of public program or could redesign
according to organizations requirements and specifications to suit its purpose
and objectives.
Public Programs
Public programs offered by MIHRM normally conducted during weekdays according to
the schedule and venue arranged by the Institute. The course fees are varies
from one program to another as specify in the program brochure. The fee includes
of course materials, trainer’s fee, refreshments and lunch.
MIHRM courses are claimable under PSMB schemes accordingly.
Conference, Seminar And Forum
MIHRM organizes conferences, seminar and forum at international levels.
Professional Consultation Services
MIHRM provides professional consultation services in the field of Human Resource
Management and has its pool of experts in the various fields.

MIHRM membership is open to individuals as well as organizations who are engaged
in HR functions. These include HR practitioners, academicians, consultants,
general practitioners, senior managers, line managers and all those who are
committed to excellence in people management.
