National Productivity Corporation (NPC)
In august 1998, Technology Park Malaysia Corporation Sdn Bhd (TPM) establishes its subsidiary, TPM Academy, which became fully operational in February 2000. It was officially launched on 24th April 2003 by the then Deputy Prime Minister Y.A.B Dato’ Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi.
In view of supporting the Malaysian government’s effort to increase the number of technopreneurs in the country, TPM academy has become a private higher learning institution registered with the Ministry of Education Malaysia. With its establishment, TPM Academy is dedicated to providing quality educational opportunities, program and support services to a culturally diverse community in a dynamic urban setting.
Located in a 688-acre surrounded by hills and lush greenery, TPM Academy is only 30 minutes away from the Kuala Lumpur City Centre and within a short distance from Bukit Jalil National Sport Complex, major shopping malls and theme parks. It is accessible by major public transportation systems. Being within the district of the Multimedia Super Corridor (MSC), it enjoys a close proximity to universities, national research centres and training institutions, making it an ideal place to study.

Student's Support Facilities
Accommodation
Students are put within easy distance of their lecture room, library, laboratories, and the city centre because accommodation can be found on campus or situated close by the Academy. The rooms are well furnished and ventilated making the process of adjusting much easier. Opportunities are provided to meet people at the resident, Dining and Recreation Hall. Facilities such as launderette and mini market are within the premises of the Hostel.
Student Activities
Upholding its belief in producing all rounder students, TPM Academy has set up extra curricular activities, clubs and societies. The students are given the opportunities to develop their various skills and talents in sports and recreation at all levels of ability and commitment.
Advice And Counselling
An orientation Programme is provided to help new students feel at home quickly; make new friends and deal with the initial adjustments. Counselling services are provided to help students with personal, financial or academic problems. Free and confidential guidance is given on a wide range of matters.
